[Service & Parts] Something for Everyone Event!

Did you see the New VW Spring Catalog included 40 ways to save?

After a long winter, it’s important to get your Volkswagen back into top shape. Here are a few spring car care tips for your VW:

Tires. Temperature changes can affect tire pressure. Having the proper tire pressure will maximize your gas mileage and save wear and tear on your tires.

Brakes. If you hear grinding, squealing or screeching, you need to see us. When it comes to safety, your brakes are the most important part of your Volkswagen.

Oil Change. You should always change your oil and filters according to factory recommended maintenance intervals, but spring is an especially good time if you used a thinner oil during the winter. For your benefit, here are a few reasons for choosing synthetic oil over conventional oil:

· Coats and lubricates vital engine components, helping to reduce friction and increase horsepower.
· Helps improve fuel economy by 2% or more.*
· Remains stable at high temperatures when conventional oils can begin to break down.

Clean. Spray the underside of your VW to rinse away any salt build-up from the winter. A good rug shampoo will help remove the salt from the carpet. And just like a regular maintenance program prolongs the life and performance of your VW, regular washing will preserve your car's shine and protect the surface.

Tune-up. Check your owner's manual for frequency. Have our technicians inspect the cooling system for leaks and drive belts for cracks. And have your antifreeze tested. It prevents your coolant from boiling during the spring and summer seasons.

Spring into action and get your VW ready to roll! To the right you'll see four rebate offers featured in our VW Spring Catalog...
